Fees include office consultations, emails, letters, phone calls, completing legal documents, advice to clients, negotiations. The fee charged also covers costs of providing the service including such things as Professional Indemnity Insurance, mandatory continuing legal practice, office rent, staff costs, paper, printer, scanner, internet, legal software, accounting, filing, archiving, advertising, costs of technicians, telephone, mobile and other expenses.
Payments to others, such as service agent's fees, and others, searches etc are to be paid by the client and will be notified at the time as needed.
